Qualifying rounds run every Tuesday to Sunday, from 13 June to 23 July. The Top 20 players with the highest scores at the end of the qualifying period will advance to the Semi Finals. From there, the Top 5 players in each Semi Final heat will advance to the Grand Finale, where R200,000 in guaranteed cash prizes is up for grabs—including a grand prize of R75,000!

How to Enter

Buy in for R100 cash per entry at the Cash Desk or directly at the tournament area.

Registration and buy-ins open 1 hour before the start of the first heat.

While buy-ins are unlimited, each player may only purchase one seat per qualifying heat.

Tuesdays to Fridays: 16h00 to 20h45

 Saturdays & Sundays: 14h00 to 18h45

Saturdays & Sundays: 15h00 to 19h00

The Top 20 players with the highest scores on the Leaderboard at the end of the qualifying period will advance to the
Semi-Finals. Each participant may only hold one position on the Leaderboard.

Finalists are guaranteed a share of R200,000 in cash with a top cash prize of R75,000 to the winner.

  1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is strictly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is open to Suncoast Tsogo Rewards members and non-members.
  5. This promotion begins on 13 June 2025 and ends on 27 July 2025.
  6. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  7. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  8. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win a promotional competition.
  9. Qualifying heats will take place from 13 June 2025 until Wednesday 23 July 2025 at Slots bank F06.
  10. Qualifying heats will take place from 17h00 to 21h00 on Tuesday to Friday, and from 15h00 to 19h00 on Saturday to Sunday.
  11. Buy-ins and registrations will open from 16h00 to 20h45 on Tuesday to Friday, and from 14h00 to 18h45 on Saturday to Sunday.
  12. Non-carded participants must produce a positive form of identification when buying in.
  13. Buy-in into the tournament is R100 per entry.
  14. Buy-ins are not limited per participant however participants may only buy one seat per heat.
  15. All buy-ins will be allocated to the prize money.
  16. Registration for participation shall be in person and in accordance with the advertised dates and times which will be available through the marketing mediums used for the tournament.
  17. Registration for qualifying heats will be on a “first come first served” basis and seats will be allocated in sequential order.
  18. Slots machines will be operated in tournament mode; hence any winnings accrued will not be paid out as casino winnings despite the fact that corresponding winning combinations may be displayed at such machines.
  19. The duration of the heats in the qualifying round and semi-finals will be three (3) minutes per heat. The duration of the heat in the grand finale will be five (5) minutes.
  20. In the event of a tied credit score when determining winners or finalists at any of the relevant stages, a random manual mechanic will be used as a tie-breaker.
  21. If the participant or nominee concerned is not present, then a selection will be made on their behalf.
  22. In the event of a malfunction of a slot machine during any qualifying heat, the affected players will be given the first available seat in a future similar heat if possible.
  23. A refund will be made if these participants cannot be accommodated in such a future heat.
  24. In the event that the tournament system experiences any technical difficulties, the entire heat will be restarted. If the aforementioned technical difficulties are not resolved within a reasonable period then the relevant heat will be postponed.
  25. In the event of the occurrence of any of the above-mentioned malfunctions during the semi-final and final stages, the affected participant(s) will be given the first available seat in a future similar heat within those final stages concerned.
  26. If such future heats are filled to capacity, then additional heat(s), as may be required, will be announced whereby a random manual mechanic will be used to allocate seat number(s).
  27. In the event that any malfunction cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, then the finals will be postponed.
  28. At the tournament finals, machines/seats will be allocated by way of a random manual mechanic.
  29. Participants can only secure up to a maximum of one (1) position on the top twenty (20) leaderboard. For participants with multiple entries, only the highest score will be considered and displayed on the leaderboard.
  30. Any changes to the numbers prior to the beginning of the game must be signed off by the Promotion Director.
  31. The semi-finals and grand finale will take place on Sunday, 27 July 2025 from 15h00 at the tournament area.
  32. Participants must be present to take part in the heats or register to decline to be present at the tournament by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  33. A nominee cannot be a participant who has qualified for the same stage of the tournament.
  34. Should the prize winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  35. In the event where there is a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the tournament, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the tournament day claim the prize.
  36. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  37. Cash prizes will be issued in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  38. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the tournament at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  39. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
  40. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  41. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  42. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the tournament, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and dates.
  43. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation.
  44. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
