  1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
  2. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. This promotion commences on 8 February to 2 March 2024.
  4. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to SMS communication.
  5. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  6. The Top 400 players (300 Slots players and 100 Tables players) based on points earned over 12 weeks will be invited to participate in the bonusing activations scheduled to take place on 8, 15, 22, and 29 February 2024 between 7pm to 9pm.
  7. The bonusing activations will take place in the Salon Prive only but may be extended to other gaming areas if full capacity is reached.
  8. The invited Top 400 players must actively play Slots or Tables using their Rewards cards during the activation period to be eligible for selection.
  9. A register will be available in the Salon Prive on the day of the bonusing activation before the bonusing activation, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present when the prize winners are announced on the day.
  10. Participants must register to decline to be present in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by participants when completing the register.
  11. The Random Active Players System (RAPS) will be activated to select winners during the bonusing activations.
  12. A total of ten (10) winners (7x Slots players and 3x Tables players) will be generated at each bonusing session (every Thursday).
  13. One (1) out of ten (10) winners on each bonusing activation will win a Golden Ticket which qualifies them as a contestant in the draw.
  14. Prize winners will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the winning Slot machine or Table and must have evidence of the Rewards card belonging to them and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  15. A reveal mechanic will be used to randomly award prizes to all verified winners.
  16. The Golden Ticket winners will qualify as contestants’ number one (1) to four (4) during the draw, in the order they were selected.
  17. Participants may only win one (1) Golden Ticket during bonusing activations between 8 to 29 February 2024.
  18. A draw will take place on Saturday, 2 March 2024 at 9pm at the Suncoast Main stage.
  19. The cash draw is exclusive to all Suncoast Rewards members.
  20. Participants must play Slots or Tables with their Rewards cards to earn 20,000 points per ticket and qualify for the draw. Tickets will be capped at 100,000 tickets per participant per draw.
  21. The points-earning period to qualify for draw tickets is Thursday, 8 to Thursday, 29 February 2024 (gaming day).
  22. Draw tickets (entries) are determined by the number of points earned by a participant during the points-earning period and cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
  23. Points earned are not transferable.
  24. Participants may have more than one ticket but may only win once per draw.
  25. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) at the eHost machines or via the Tsogo Sun App before the actual draw(s), within the specified times during which the entry bin is open. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables for the Mobile App to permit entry. The entry bin times, draw dates, and draw times will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  26. All draws will be held at the Suncoast Main Stage.
  27. Prize winners will be selected randomly from one entry bin using the TEEDS electronic system. A ticket/receipt number will be announced.
  28. Participants may only win once per draw.
  29. Four (4) additional winners will be generated at the draw and will qualify as contestants number five (5) to eight (8) in the order they were selected.
  30. A total of eight (8) winners will be made on the draw day.
  31. Participants must be present at the draw when the winners are announced or must register to decline to be present at the draw by completing a proxy form.
  32. A register will be available at the Guest Services Desk and the Prive for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  33. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  34. Nominees or proxies may not represent more than one participant during a draw.
  35. A prize reveal mechanic will be used to award prizes randomly to all verified winners.
  36. Prize winners or nominated proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
  37. Should the prize winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  38. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  39. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  40. Proxies or nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  41. Cash prizes will be in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  42. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for +Play or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
  43. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  44. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  45. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling draw times and or dates.
  46. Every Participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  47. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  48. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
