  6. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  7. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  8. A “Participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win a promotional competition.

  1. Tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  2. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) at the eHost machines or via the Tsogo Sun App prior to the actual draw(s), within the specified times during which the electronic entry bins are open. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables for the Mobile App to permit entry.
  3. Ticket activation will begin at 8:00:00 and end at 21:00:00 on each draw day at the eHost machines and Tsogo Sun App.
  4. All draws will be held publicly in the Salon Prive, where ticket receipt numbers will be announced.
  5. Participants must be present at the draw area during the draw when the tickets are drawn or must register to decline to be present at the draw by completing a Proxy Form.
  6. A register will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk and in the Salon Prive for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, on the day of the draw for the period of the bonusing session, before the session starts, where a participant may register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  7. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the participant and the proxy (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  8. Nominees may not represent more than one (1) participant.
  9. A total of Five (5) prize winners will be randomly selected at each cash draw and Ten (10) prize winners will be selected at each super cash and car draw using the Tsogo Sun Draw Application.
  10. A redraw will take place if participants are selected more than once per draw.
  11. Participants selected during the draw or nominees will be given 90 seconds to present themselves for verification at the verification desk and must have evidence of the winning ticket and Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  12. Should the prize winner not have a valid identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  13. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  14. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  15. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  16. Winners will have the opportunity to select a randomized reveal device to determine their prize.
  17. TOP UP prizes will be awarded to participants who are Tsogo Sun App users and playTSOGO active users.
  18. TOP UP prizes may only be awarded once per patron during the promotion period and are only available at the draw.
  19. Cash prizes will be issued in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  20. +Play prizes will be loaded directly onto the Suncoast Tsogo Rewards Card for Slots players, and Tables players will receive a receipt for Non-Negotiable chips redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  21. Bonus Jackpots will take place on 06 and 20 February 2026 from 19h00 to 20h00. A total of Ten (10) prize winners will be randomly selected via RAPS (Random Active Player Selection) and participants may only win once.
  22. To be eligible for selection during Bonus Jackpots, participants must actively play Slots or Tables in the Salon Prive between 19h00 to 20h00.
  23. Bonus Jackpot winners will be given 90 seconds to present themselves for verification at the winning Slot machine or Table and must have evidence of the Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  24. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  25. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
  26. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  27. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  28. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw date/s.
  29. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation.
  30. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
