Important dates and times to remember

Cash draw – Saturday, 4 November at 21h00 at the Suncoast Main Stage.

Car draw – Sunday, 3 December at 18h00 in the Salon Prive.

  1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards cardholders.
  5. This promotion will run from Monday, 8am, 02 October to Sunday, 6pm, 03 December 2023.
  6. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  7. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  8. In the event that a New Rewards Programme is launched or introduced during the promotion period, the mechanics including the ticket-earning criteria etc. will be reviewed accordingly. Any changes will be communicated.
  9. Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables using their Suncoast Rewards card during the points-earning period to qualify for a spot or position on the Leaderboards.

  1. To qualify for the super cash draw, participants must play Slots or Tables to earn points for a position on the Top 400 Leaderboard split into 300 Slots players and 100 Tables players.

  1. To qualify for the car draw, participants must play Slots or Tables to earn points for a position on the Top 30 Leaderboard split into 24 Slots players and 6 Tables players.
  2. Tickets will be issued based on points earned at 30,000 points per ticket and capped at 100,000 tickets per participant.
  3. The top points earners on the Top 30 Leaderboard (Position no. 1 on Slots Leaderboard and Position no. 1 on Tables Leaderboard) will qualify as guaranteed finalists in the car draw.
  4. Tickets (entries) cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration, and points earned are not transferable.
  5. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) at the eHost machines or via the Tsogo Sun App prior to the actual draw(s), within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables in order for the Mobile App to permit entry.   1. Five (5) winners will be selected at the Super Cash draw from a combined entry bin.
  2. The guaranteed finalists (Position no. 1 on Slots Leaderboard and Position no. 1 on Tables Leaderboard) will occupy position number #1 and position number #2 at the car draw. The highest points earner between the two will take position number #1.
  3. If there is a tie in terms of points earned between the guaranteed finalists a mechanic will be used to randomly determine position at the draw.
  4. An additional Three (3) finalists will be selected or drawn from a combined entry bin, making a total of 5 winners at the car draw.
  5. All draws will be held publicly.
  6. All Prize winners will be randomly selected using the Tsogo Sun Draw Application.
  7. Participants may only win once at the draw. A redraw will be done if participants are selected more than once.
  8. Participants/Proxies must be present at the draw area during the draw when the tickets are drawn/generated or must register to decline to be present at the draw.
  9. A register will be available at the Guest Services Desk and the Salon Prive for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a Participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  10. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  11. Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than One (1) Participant during the draw.
  12. Prize Winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Suncoast Rewards Card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
  13. Should the prize winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  14. Should the prize Winner or Proxy not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  15. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  16. Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Winner they represent.
  17. In the unforeseen circumstance that the guaranteed finalist/s is not present at the draw and there is no record of declining an invite to be present for the draw, management will make an informed decision which will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. The MC will announce the receipt/ticket number.
  19. Each verified winner in the order they were drawn/selected will have the opportunity to select a reveal device or to determine their prize.
  20. Cash prizes will be issued in the form of Cash Vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  21. FreePlay prizes will be loaded onto the winner/s card for Slots winners & for Tables winners, a prize letter will be issued redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk for Non-Negotiable chips within a valid period.
  22. The vehicle G87 M2 Coupe (12DM), Brooklyn Grey BMW on display at Suncoast Casino is the actual prize to be won.
  23. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and positive and acceptable form of identification.
  24. The Top 5 Slots & Top 3 Table players from the Top 30 Leaderboard for the period Monday, 2 October to Sunday, 5 November 2023 will be rewarded with FreePlay halfway into the promotion for earning their positions on the Leaderboard. The FreePlay rewards will be available at the eHost machines for redemption between 8 to 12 November.
  25. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
  26. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  27. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw date/s.
  28. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation.
  29. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  30. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
