This promotion ends on 18 March 2023 at 21h00 and is exclusive to Black Reward Cardholders.

  1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. The promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Black Rewards members and will run from 16 January to 18 March 2023.
  5. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the channels used to advertise the promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  6. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the dates and times of this promotion if deemed necessary, e.g.: points earning, entry bin, draws etc. Any changes will be communicated to all participants via the marketing channels
  7. Participants must play Slots or Tables using their membership cards to earn points for draw tickets. Points earning criteria is Cash Draw: 10 000 points = 1 ticket and Car Draw: 20 000 points = 1 ticket
  8. Tickets are unlimited and will be issued based on points earned on Slots or Tables during the promotional earning period.
  9. The top four (4) points earners (2x Slots and 2x Tables) will each be rewarded with a guaranteed spot in the car draw based on points earned from 16 January to 16 March 2023. These guests will not be eligible for selection at the car draw and if drawn a redraw will take place.
    Draw dates and points earning period are set out below:
  10. CASH DRAW 26 February – Points earning starts 16 January at 08h00 to 26 February at 17h59
  11. CAR DRAW 18 March – Points earning starts 16 January at 08h00 to 18 March at 20h59
  12. Draw tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
  13. Tickets earned are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  14. Ticket printing/activation will open on Saturday, 18 March at 12h00 for the Car draw & Sunday, 26 February at 12h00 for the Cash draw and will close at 17h59 for the Cash draw & 20h59 for the Car draw, before the actual draws.
  15. All Draws will be held publicly. Participants enter the draw by activating their tickets and the draw receipt at eHost before the actual draw and within the specified times during which entry activations are open.
  16. The TEEDS electronic system will be used to select winners.
  17. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) must present a positive and acceptable form of identification when completing a Proxy Form.
  18. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Guest Services Desk & Salon Prive Ambassadors Desk from 12h00 to 5 minutes before each draw, on the day of each draw where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  19. Prize winners or Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  20. Should the winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible, and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  21. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  22. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but not present because of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the
  23. Prescribed Proxy Form and or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Guest Services Desk.
  24. Proxies or nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  25. A redraw will take place if participants are selected more than once at each draw, this includes the four WILD CARDS (TOP 2 Slots & TOP 2 Tables points earners who are guaranteed finalists at the car draw).
  26. 6 winners will be selected at the cash draw. The MC will announce the receipt/ticket number.
  27. During the CASH DRAW, each verified winner in the order they were selected will get to choose a device where the prize is hidden. Once all the winners have selected their devices, the MC will ask them to reveal their prizes.
    • Each Finalist will have the opportunity to select a number from the Prize Reveal Device which will determine their prize. Finalist Number #1 will have a turn first, followed by Finalist #2 & #3 & so on, in numerical order until Finalist Number #10 has been awarded with a prize.
      During the CAR DRAW:
  28. The four (4) top points earners will take positions 1 to 4 based on points earned. A mechanic will be used to determine the position if there is a tie.
  29. Each Finalist will have the opportunity to select a number from the Prize Reveal Device which will determine their prize. Finalist Number #1 will have a turn first, followed by Finalist #2 & #3 & so on, in numerical order until Finalist Number #10 has been awarded with a prize.
  30. Cash Prizes will be issued in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  31. The BMW M40i on display at Suncoast Casino is the actual prize to be won.
  32. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees) within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  33. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
  34. All decisions are final, and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
  35. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
