  1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
  2. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. This promotional period will start at 8am on 03 April 2024 and end on 30 October 2024 at 8pm. A final 12pm and/or 8pm Bonus Progressive Jackpot draw will be communicated via marketing channels used to advertise this promotion to the active database of patrons for this promotion.
  4. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to SMS communication.
  5. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  6. Participants earn points for draw tickets by playing Slots or Tables whilst using their Suncoast Rewards Card during the points-earning period. 100 points = 1 draw ticket for the 12pm and 8pm draws.
  7. Ticket earning is limited to 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) tickets per Participant for the 12pm and 8pm draws.
  8. Points earning for all draws in the month of July 2024 will begin on 05 June 2024, 8am until each draw time.
  9. Points earning for all draws in the month of August 2024 will begin on 10 July 2024, 8am until each draw time.
  10. Points earning for all draws in the month of September 2024 will begin on 07 August 2024, 8am until each draw time.
  11. Points earning for all draws in the month of October 2024 will begin on 04 September 2024, 8am until each draw time.
  12. Points earning for the final Progressive Bonus Jackpot draw will be 04 September, 8am to 30 October 2024, 8pm. This applies if the 12pm and or 8pm Progressive Jackpot is not won on the last day of the promotion.
  13. Points earning for the 12pm draw will end on each draw day at 12pm, with points earning ending at 8pm for the 8pm draw on each draw day.
  14. Participants must activate their entry tickets into the draw(s) at the eHost machines, on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The entry bins for this promotion will open at 8am and close at 12pm for the 12pm draw & open at 1pm and close at 8pm for the 8pm draw.
  15. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables for the Mobile App to permit entry.
  16. Tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
  17. Tickets earned cannot be exchanged and are not transferable.
  18. Participants may only win once at the 12pm and once at the 8pm draws. If a Participant is drawn more than once a redraw will take place.
  19. Five (5) tickets will be drawn from One (1) Electronic Entry Bin for each 12pm and 8pm draw. Participants that are randomly selected will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with a valid positive identification (green bar coded SA ID, SA Drivers License or valid Passport), ticket receipt, and/or their Suncoast Rewards Card.
  20. Jackpot Jar draws will take place on Wednesdays at 12pm & 8pm on the following dates:
  • 03, 10, 17, 24, 31 July 2024,
  • 07, 14, 21, 28 August 2024,
  • 04, 11, 18, 25 September 2024,
  • 02, 09, 16, 23, 30 October 2024.
  1. The Progressive Jackpot (Top Award) for the 12pm draw will begin at R10,000 (Ten Thousand Rand) in cash and increase by R10,000 (Ten thousand Rand) if not won. If and when the Progressive Jackpot is won during the promotional campaign the Progressive Jackpot will reset to a Base Value of R10,000 (Ten Thousand Rand) in cash. Consolation Cash Prizes at the 12pm draw will be R2,000 per winner.
  2. The Progressive Jackpot (Top Award) for the 8pm draw will begin at R30,000 (Thirty Thousand Rand) in cash and increase by R30,000 (Thirty Thousand Rand) if not won. If and when the Progressive Jackpot is won during the promotional campaign the Progressive Jackpot will reset to a Base Value of R30,000 (Thirty Thousand Rand) in cash. Consolation Cash Prizes at the 8pm draw will be R10,000 per winner.
  3. Participants must be present at the draw when the tickets are drawn/generated or nominate a proxy to act on their behalf, thereafter the ticket receipt/ticket number will be announced. The onus is upon the Participant to check their receipt number against the numbers that have been generated to ascertain that they are a winner.
  4. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Valid Positive and acceptable form of Identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  5. A register will be available at the Guest Services Desk and the Salon Prive for the period between the opening of the entry bins until 15 minutes before the actual draw, where a Participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  6. Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
  7. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards Card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
  8. Should the prize winner not have the relevant identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  9. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  10. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or the Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  11. Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  12. Draws will be LIVE and held publicly at the Suncoast Main Stage.
  13. A random prize reveal will take place immediately after all finalists have been verified. Winners in order of their seat placing, will have the opportunity to choose a device that represents their prize. Note that once the Progressive Jackpot is won the remaining contestants will each be rewarded with a consolation prize and there will be no need for device selection thereafter.
  14. In the prize reveal device there will be one (1) Jackpot Prize Ball and nineteen (19) Consolation Prize Balls. If a Consolation Prize Ball is selected by a winner/s it will be deposited into the prize reveal device, and if the Jackpot Prize Ball is selected by a winner this Ball will not be deposited into the prize reveal device as the Progressive Jackpot would have been won.
  15. Cash prizes will be in the form of promotional vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for +Play or any other form of consideration.
  16. Prizes must be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominee) within 15 days of the draw from the Guest Services Desk or Salon Privé Desk.
  17. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date.
  19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
