It’s a Game Changer

1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Black Rewards cardholders.
5. This promotion will run from 12 June 2023 to 30 July 2023.
6. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
7. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
8. Participants earn points for tickets by playing Slots or Tables using their Suncoast Rewards card.
9. For the launch draw, active Suncoast Black Rewards cardholders will receive three hundred (300) complimentary tickets and thereafter must earn two thousand (2,000) per ticket from 12 June to earn additional tickets.
10. For the cash draw, only the top 27 Slots points earners and the top 7 Tables points earners on the Leaderboard will qualify based on points earned from 15 June to 20 July. The draw tickets will be calculated at 20,000 points = 1 ticket.
11. For the car draw, twenty thousand points (20,000) will earn a cardholder 1 ticket into the draw, based on points earned from 15 June to 30 July.
12. Tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
13. Tickets earned are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.

15. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The opening and closing times for the entry bins will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
16. The top 4 points earners (2x Slots players and 2x Tables players) on the Leaderboard will each be rewarded with a guaranteed finalist spot in the cash draw.
17. All draws will be held publicly.
18. Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw using the Tsogo Sun Draw Application.
19. A register will be available at the Guest Services Desk and the Prive for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
20. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
21. Nominees or proxies may not represent more than one participant.
22. Prize winners or nominated proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
23. Should the prize winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
24. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
25. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
26. Proxies or nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
27. In the unforeseen circumstances that the guaranteed finalist/s is not present at the draw and there is no record of declining an invite to be present for the draw, management will make an informed decision which will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
28. Five (5) winners will be selected at the launch draw.
29. Four (4) winners will be selected at the cash draw and together will make a total of eight (8) winners including the four (4) finalists from the Leaderboard. The top 4 finalists will take positions 1 to 4 at the draw based on points earned, if there’s a tie, a mechanic will be used to determine the position.
30. Five (5) winners will be selected at the car draw.
31. The MC will announce the receipt/ticket number.
32. A redraw will take place if participants are selected more than once at each draw.
33. Each verified winner in the order they were drawn/selected will have the opportunity to select a reveal device to determine their prize.
34. Cash prizes will be issued in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
35. FreePlay prizes will be loaded onto the winner/s card or a prize letter redeemable at any Cash Desk will be issued for non-negotiable chips within a valid period.
36. The vehicle Ford Ranger Next-Gen 2.0l 4×4 Wildtrak on display at Suncoast Casino is the actual prize to be won.
37. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
38. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
39. All decisions, including discretionary, are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
40. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
41. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw date/s.
42. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation.
43. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
