Exclusive to Tsogo Rewards Members

  1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
  2. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. This promotional period commences on 03 December 2023 at 08h00 and ends on 14 January 2024 at 18h00.
  4. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to SMS communication.
  5. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  6. In the event that a New Rewards Programme is launched or introduced during the promotion period, the mechanics including the ticket-earning criteria etc. will be reviewed accordingly. Any changes will be communicated.
  7. Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables whilst using their Suncoast Rewards Card during the points-earning period.
  8. Points earning criteria for each draw date will be set as per the details below:

  1. Participants must earn Two Hundred and Fifty (250) points per ticket during the points-earning period to qualify for the draw.
  2. Ticket earning is limited to One Hundred Thousand (100,000) tickets per participant per draw irrespective of points earned.
  3. Tickets (Entries) cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration, and points earned are not transferable.
  4. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) at the eHost machines prior to the actual draw(s), within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The entry bins for this promotion will open as follows:

  1. Participants must activate their entry tickets into the draw(s) at the eHost machines, on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The entry bins for this promotion on each draw day will open at 12h00 and close at 18h00 for the 18h00 draw.
  2. Participants must be present at the draw area during the draw when the tickets are drawn/generated or must register to decline to be present at the draw.
  3. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable forms of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  4. A register will be available at the Guest Services Desk and the Salon Prive for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a Participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  5. A Nominee or Proxy may not represent more than One (1) Participant during the draw.
  6. Draws will be held publicly at the Suncoast Main Stage.
  7. Six (6) Prize Winners will be selected randomly using the Tsogosun Draw Application.
  8. A redraw will take place if Participants are selected more than once at each draw.
  9. All tickets are randomly generated during the draw – the ticket/receipt number will be announced/called out by the draw MC.
  10. Prize Winners or Nominees who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of the winning ticket and/or Suncoast Card belonging to the Prize Winner and a positive and acceptable form of identification. Should the Prize winner not have identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the system or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present the valid verification documentation.
  11. Should the prize Winner or Nominee not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  12. The Prize Reveal method will take place immediately after winners are drawn and verified. Each winner will have the opportunity to select a reveal device to determine their prize.
  13. Cash prizes will be in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  14. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for +Play or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
  15. Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Winner they represent.
  16. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  17. The vehicles advertised and on display at Suncoast are the actual prizes to be awarded to the winners:
    • Urban Cruiser 1.5l XR MT, Luxe Red – 17 December 2023.
    • Urban Cruiser 1.5l XR MT, Premium Silver – 31 December 2023.
    • Urban Cruiser 1.5l XR MT, Shadow Grey – 14 January 2024.
  18. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date.
  20. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  22. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
