1.Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is strictly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
2.This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3.This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards cardholders (the “Participants”) and will run from 30 March to 30 June 2023.
4.Suncoast reserves the right to amend the promotion mechanics if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
5.The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used for this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
6.Participants must play Slots or Tables using their Suncoast Rewards card to earn points for draw tickets.
7.The points-earning criteria for Cash Draws is as follows:

•Draw dates, Friday 7, 14, 21 & 28 April – points earning will commence on 30 March 2023 (gaming day) until each draw time.
•Draw dates, Friday 5, 12, 19 & 26 May – points earning will commence on 27 April 2023 (gaming day) until each draw time.
•Draw dates, Friday 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30 June – points earning will commence on 27 May 2023 (gaming day) until each draw time.

8.The points-earning criteria for Car Draws is as follows:

•Sunday 30 April – points earning will commence on 30 March 2023 (gaming day) until draw time.
•Sunday 28 May – points earning will commence on 27 April 2023 (gaming day) until draw time.
•Sunday 25 June – points earning will commence on 27 May 2023 (gaming day) until draw time.

9.Participants qualify for draw tickets based on points earned over the promotion period as per the following criteria:

•Launch Draw – active Rewards cardholders qualify for free tickets
•Cash Draws – all tiers (Black, Platinum & Gold) must earn 100 points per ticket
•Car Draws – all tiers (Black, Platinum & Gold) must earn 200 points per ticket

10.Only points earned during the promotional period will be considered for the draw.
11.Draw tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
12.Tickets earned are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
13.Participants enter the draw by activating their tickets and the draw receipt at the eHost machines or via the Tsogo Sun App before the actual draw and within the specified times during which entry activations are open. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables in order for the Mobile App to permit entry.

15.Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing a Proxy Form.
16.The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Guest Services Desk and or Prive when ticket activation starts until 15 minutes before the draw, on the day of the draw where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
17.Nominees or proxies may not represent more than one participant.
18.Prize winners or Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
19.Should the winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on Patron Management or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
20.Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
21.Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or Patron Management system. In such circumstances, the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Guest Services Desk.
22.Proxies or nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
23.The Tsogo Sun Draw application will be used to randomly select winners.
24.During the Cash Draws, Four (4) finalists will be selected at 19h00 (Two (2) Gold cardholders, One (1) Platinum cardholder & One (1) Black cardholder) and Five (5) more finalists will be selected at 21h00 (Two (2) Platinum cardholders & Three (3) Black cardholders. The Nine (9) finalists drawn will participate in the prize reveal which will take place immediately.
25.During the Car Draws, Four (4) finalists will be selected at 16h00 (Two (2) Gold cardholders, One (1) Platinum cardholder & One (1) Black cardholder) and Five (5) more finalists will be selected at 18h00 (Two (2) Platinum cardholders & Three (3) Black cardholders. The Nine (9) finalists drawn will participate in the prize reveal which will take place immediately.
26.A redraw will take place if participants are selected more than once at each draw.
27.A Prize Reveal will take place immediately after all winners are drawn & verified at the main draws. A random prize reveal mechanic will be used to award prizes.

31.Winners will be issued with cash vouchers which are redeemable at the Cash Desk immediately after the draw has taken place. Winners must produce a positive and acceptable form of identification when redeeming cash prizes at the Cash Desk.
32.Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
33.The vehicles on display at Suncoast are the actual vehicles that will be won.

34.All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
35.In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date.
36.Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
37.The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
38.Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
