Muthu Murugan, dubbed the “Indian King of Comedy,” is a comedy legend with over 45 years of experience. Known for his clever commentary and cultural humour, he brings true Durban flair to the lineup.
Natashia Portrag, famously known as “Bash with Tash,” has taken social media by storm with her no-filter humour and engaging personality. Her online presence has garnered her a devoted following of nearly 200,000 fans.
Since 2016, Darrien Asbury has wowed audiences with his fearless comedy and daring pranks. He is one of the rising stars in local stand-up, known for pushing boundaries while keeping the crowd in stitches.
Nabeel Peer is recognised for his spot-on accents and relatable storytelling. His energy and fresh take on everyday life make him one of South Africa’s most promising young comedians.

Legends of Laughter takes place on Friday, 29 August at 19:00 in the playTSOGO Globe, Suncoast. Tickets start from R150 and are available online at Ticketpro or at SPAR outlets nationwide. The show carries a PG13 age restriction.
