  1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is strictly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Tsogo Rewards Members.
  5. The promotional draws will be held on 26 April 2026 at 17:00:00 and 30 April 2026 at 21:00:00.
  6. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  7. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the promotion mechanics if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  8. A “Participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win a promotional competition.
  9. Participants will receive Complimentary Tickets for the cash draws based on their tier: Ace = 50 tickets, King = 40 tickets, Queen = 30 tickets, Jack = 20 tickets and 10 Tier = 10 tickets.
  10. Tsogo Sun App users will receive BONUS tickets for the cash draw. To qualify for App BONUS tickets, participants must download and register on the Tsogo Sun App, and ensure their details match those on the Gaming System at least 24 hours before ticket printing. Any mismatched information may prevent successful system synchronisation and result in BONUS tickets not being issued.
  11. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) at the eHost machines or via the Tsogo Sun App prior to the actual draw(s), within the specified times during which the electronic entry bins are open. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables for the Mobile App to permit entry.

  1. Tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration. Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  2. The draw will be conducted publicly at the Suncoast Main Stage. Ticket receipt numbers will be announced during the draws.
  3. Participants must be present at the draw area during the draw when the tickets are drawn or must register to decline to be present at the draw by completing a Proxy Form.
  4. A register will be available at the Tsogo Rewards desk and/ in the Salon Prive for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins until 15 minutes before the actual draw, where a participant may register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  5. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the participant and the nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  6. Nominees may not represent more than one (1) participant.
  7. A total of eight (8) prize winners will be randomly selected at each cash draw using the Tsogo Sun Draw Application.
  8. A redraw will be conducted if a participant is selected more than once in the same draw.
  9. Participants selected during the draw or nominees will be given 90 seconds to present themselves for verification at the verification desk and must have evidence of the winning ticket and Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  10. Should the prize winner not have a valid identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  11. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  12. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed proxy Form and or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  13. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  14. Winners will be given the opportunity to select a randomized reveal device, which will determine the prize they receive.
  15. Top-up prizes will be awarded at the end of the draw to participants who are registered users of the Tsogo Sun App and active users of playTSOGO. Each qualifying participant may receive a Top-up prize once during the promotion period.
  16. Cash prizes will be issued as cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk. +Play prizes will be loaded directly onto the Suncoast Tsogo Rewards card for Slots players, while Tables players will receive a receipt for non-negotiable chips redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  17. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  18. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
  19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw date/s.
  22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation.
  23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
