  7. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the promotion mechanics if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  8. A “Participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win a promotional competition.
  9. Participants earn tickets by accumulating points while playing Slots or Tables Games at Suncoast Casino.
  10. Participants will receive Complimentary Tickets for the first cash draw of each month as follows: Ace = 500, King = 400, Queen = 300, Jack = 200 and 10 Tier = 100. Thereafter, participants must earn points for tickets as follows: Ace and King Tiers = 500 points per ticket; Queen, Jack and 10 Tiers = 100 points per ticket for cash draws. For car draws, all tiers must earn 500 points per ticket.
  11. Participants must play Slots or Tables and earn 500 points to qualify for selection during BONUS Jackpots draw times – excluding Prive.

  1. Participants must actively play Slots or Tables during BONUS Jackpot draws to be eligible for selection.
  2. Participants/players must end their gaming session to ensure points are banked.
  3. A participant may enter up to a maximum of hundred thousand (100,000) tickets per draw.
  4. Tsogo Sun App users will receive BONUS tickets for cash and car draws. To qualify for App BONUS tickets, participants must download and register on the Tsogo Sun App, and ensure their details match those on the Gaming System at least 24 hours before ticket printing. Any mismatched information may prevent successful system synchronisation and result in BONUS tickets not being issued.
  5. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) at the eHost machines or via the Tsogo Sun App prior to the actual draw(s), within the specified times during which the electronic entry bins are open. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables for the Mobile App to permit entry.

  1. Tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration. Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  2. Draws will be conducted publicly as follows: Ace and King Tier cash draws will take place in the Salon Privé, while Queen, Jack, and 10 Tier cash draws, as well as the car draws, will take place at the Suncoast Main Stage. Ticket receipt numbers will be announced during the draws.
  3. Participants must be present at the draw area during the draw when the tickets are drawn or must register to decline to be present at the draw by completing a Proxy Form.
  4. A register will be available at the Tsogo Rewards desk and/ in the Salon Prive for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins until 15 minutes before the actual draw, where a participant may register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  5. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the participant and the nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  6. Nominees may not represent more than one (1) participant.
  7. A total of five (5) prize winners will be randomly selected at each cash draw car draw using the Tsogo Sun Draw Application.
  8. A total of Twenty (20) prize winners will be randomly selected at each BONUS Jackpots draw using RAPS (Random Active Player Selection).
  9. A redraw will be conducted if a participant is selected more than once in the same draw.
  10. Participants selected during the draw or nominees will be given 90 seconds to present themselves for verification at the verification desk and must have evidence of the winning ticket and Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  11. Participants selected during Bonus Jackpot will be given 90 seconds to present themselves for verification at the winning Slot machine or Table and must have evidence of the Suncoast Tsogo Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  12. Should the prize winner not have a valid identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  13. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  14. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed proxy Form and or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  15. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  16. Winners will be given the opportunity to select a randomized reveal device, which will determine the prize they receive.
  17. The vehicle/s displayed for this promotion at Suncoast Casino are the actual prize to be won.
  18. Top-up prizes will be awarded at the end of the draw to participants who are registered users of the Tsogo Sun App and active users of playTSOGO. Each qualifying participant may receive a Top-up prize once during the promotion period.
  19. Cash prizes will be issued as cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk. +Play prizes will be loaded directly onto the Suncoast Tsogo Rewards card for Slots players, while Tables players will receive a receipt for non-negotiable chips redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  20. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  21. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
  22. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  23. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  24. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw date/s.
  25. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation.
  26. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  27. Copies of these rules are available at the Tsogo Rewards desk and/ the Salon Prive Desk upon request.
