How to enter?

Play Slots or Tables at Suncoast during the points earning period

Earn a minimum of 250 points for 12pm draws and 500 points for 8pm draws

Activate entries at the eHosts on draw day between 8am-12pm for the 12pm draw and 1pm-8pm for the 8pm draw

Be present at the Suncoast Main Stage during draw time

What can I win?

The 12pm Progressive Jackpot begins at R10,000 and rolls-over if not won.

Consolation prize winners each win R2,500 cash and R1,000 +Play

The 8pm Progressive Jackpot begins at R30,000 and rolls-over if not won.

This promotion will end on Wednesday, 25 March 2026 at 8pm

  1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
  2. This promotion is exclusive to all Tsogo Rewards Members (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. This promotional period will begin at 8AM on 28 January 2026 and conclude at 8PM on 25 March 2026. It may be extended at the discretion of management, with any extension dates communicated through official marketing channels.
  4. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to SMS communication.
  5. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  6. Participants earn points for draw tickets by playing Slots or Tables whilst using their Suncoast Tsogo Rewards Card during the points-earning period. 250 points = 1 draw ticket for the 12pm draws and 500 points = 1 draw ticket for the 8pm draws.
  7. All Tsogo Sun App users will receive 50 bonus draw tickets, regardless of their status from 4 February 2026 to 25 March 2026 for all 12pm and 8pm draws. This excludes Free Ticket draws.
  8. To receive Mobile Bonus tickets, participants must download and register on the Tsogo Sun App, and ensure their details match the Gaming System at least 24 hours before ticket printing. Any mismatched information will prevent successful syncing.
  9. Ticket earning is limited to 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) tickets per Participant for the 12pm and 8pm draws.

  1. Participants must activate their entry tickets into the draw(s) at the eHost machines, on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The entry bins for this promotion will open at 8am and close at 12pm for the 12pm draw & open at 1pm and close at 8pm for the 8pm draw.
  2. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables for the Mobile App to permit entry.
  3. Tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
  4. Tickets earned cannot be exchanged and are not transferable.
  5. Participants may only win once per draw. If a participant is drawn more than once, a redraw will take place.
  6. Five (5) random tickets will be drawn from One (1) Electronic Entry Bin for each 12pm and 8pm draw. Prize winners or nominated nominees who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Tsogo Rewards Card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
  7. Draw dates will be as follows:

  1. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Nominee to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Valid Positive and acceptable form of Identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  2. A register will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk and the Salon Prive for the period between the opening of the entry bins until 15 minutes before the actual draw, where a Participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  3. Nominees may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
  4. Prize winners or nominees who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Suncoast Tsogo Rewards Card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
  5. Should the prize winner not have the relevant identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  6. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  7. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or the Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  8. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  9. Draws will be LIVE and held publicly at the Suncoast Main Stage.
  10. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  11. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date.
  12. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  13. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  14. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
