  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is strictly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Tsogo Rewards members.
  5. This promotion begins on 01 November 2025 and ends on 31 January 2026. The draw date for the pot will be announced and communicated to all participants at a later stage.
  6. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  7. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  8. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters, participates in, or is otherwise eligible to win a promotional competition.
  9. Non-carded patrons who sign up for the Suncoast Tsogo Rewards programme during the promotion period are eligible to participate in the promotion.
  10. Participants earn points for bonus jackpots, cash draw tickets, and car draw tickets by playing Slots or Tables using their Suncoast Tsogo Rewards card. Tsogo Sun App users receive BONUS tickets for cash draws and car draws.
  11. To receive Mobile Bonus tickets, participants must download and register on the Tsogo Sun App, and ensure their details match the Gaming System at least 24 hours before ticket printing. Any mismatched information will prevent successful syncing.
  12. Suncoast Tsogo Rewards members must earn five hundred (500) points a week prior or on the day of the activation to qualify for Bonus Jackpots. Players must end their gaming session to ensure points are banked.

  1. Each participant can earn and enter up to a maximum of one hundred thousand (100,000) tickets per cash draw and car draw.
  2. Tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration. Tickets earned are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  3. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) at the eHost machines or via the Tsogo Sun App prior to the actual draw(s), within the specified times during which the electronic entry bins are open. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables for the Mobile App to permit entry.
  4. A total of five (5) prize winners will be randomly selected from a combined entry bin at each cash draw meanwhile a total of five (5) prize winners – in addition to the one (1) “Hot Seat” winner from Bonus Jackpots – will be randomly selected from a combined electronic entry bin at each car draw using the Tsogo Sun Draw Application.
  5. For Bonus Jackpots, Participants must be actively playing on a Slots or Tables on the gaming floor (excluding the Prive) during the Bonus Jackpot session to be eligible for selection.
  6. Bonus Jackpot winners will be given 90 seconds to present themselves for verification at the winning Slot machine or Table and must have evidence of the Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  7. The Random Active Player Selector will be used to select twenty-five (25) prize winners (17 Slots and 8 Tables) playing on Slots or Tables. One winner will win a “Hot Seat” in the car draw as finalist 1.
  8. In the unforeseen circumstance that the Hot Seat entry holder is not present at the car draw and there is no record of declining an invite to be present for the car draw, management will make an informed decision which will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  1. Cash and car draws will be held publicly at the Suncoast Main Stage where ticket receipt numbers will be announced.
  2. Participants must be present at the draw area during the draw when the tickets are drawn or must register to decline to be present at the draw by completing a proxy form.
  3. A register will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk and in the Prive for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  4. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  5. Nominees or proxies may not represent more than one participant.
  6. Prize winners or nominated proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
  7. Should the prize winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  8. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  9. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  10. Proxies or nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  11. Participants may only win once per draw. A redraw will be done if participants are selected more than once.
  12. Verified winners will have the opportunity to select a randomized reveal device to determine their prize.
  13. TOP UP prizes will be awarded to participants who are Tsogo Sun App users and playTSOGO active users.
  14. TOP UP prizes may only be awarded once per patron during the promotion period and are only available at the draw.
  15. Cash prizes will be issued in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  16. +Play prizes will be loaded directly onto the Suncoast Tsogo Rewards card for Slots players, and Tables players will receive a receipt for non-negotiable chips redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  17. Meals and drinks prizes will be issued in the form of vouchers redeemable at the relevant outlets on complex.
  18. The vehicles on display at Suncoast Casino are the actual prizes to be won.
  19. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  20. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
  21. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  22. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  23. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw date/s.
  24. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation.
  25. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
