  1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is strictly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Tsogo Rewards members.
  5. The promotional draws will be held on 27 July at 5pm.
  6. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  7. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  8. A “participant” herein refers to a person who enters or is otherwise eligible to win a promotional competition.
  9. Suncoast Tsogo Sun Rewards members receive free tickets based on their tier: Ace = 50 tickets, King = 40 tickets, Queen = 30 tickets, Jack = 20 tickets and 10 tier = 10 tickets.
  10. Tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
  11. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  12. Participants must activate their draw tickets at the eHost machine on the day of the draw.

  1. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) at the eHost machines or via the Tsogo Sun App prior to the actual draw(s), within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables in order for the Mobile App to permit entry.
  2. The promotional draws will be held publicly at the Suncoast Main Stage.
  3. Participants must be present at the draw area during the draw when the winning tickets are announced/generated, or must register to decline to be present at the draw by completing a proxy form.
  4. A register will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk and the Prive for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  5. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  6. Nominees may not represent more than one participant.
  7. Winners will be selected randomly using the Tsogo Sun Draw Application.
  8. A total of eight (8) winners will be selected at the draw with the MC announcing the receipt/ticket number.
  9. A redraw will take place if a participant is selected more than once.
  10. Selected participants or nominees who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
  11. Should the selected participant not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the participant using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the participant to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  12. Should the selected participant not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the participant declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  13. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  14. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  15. Cash prizes will be issued in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  16. +Play prizes will be loaded directly onto the Tsogo Rewards card for Slots players and Tables players will receive a prize letter for non-negotiable chips redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk.
  17. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and positive and acceptable form of identification.
  18. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
  19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw date/s.
  22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation.
  23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
