Buy in for R100 cash or value chips per entry at the participating tables.

Buy-ins and registration open daily from 2pm to midnight*.

Buy-ins are not limited however a player may only buy one seat per qualifying match.

Dates to remember:

The Qualifying Round will be played from 20 June to 23 July, daily between 2pm to midnight.

Designated Tournament Tables are located on both the main casino floor and the smoking section.

The Round of 16, Quarter Final, Semi-Final, and Final will take place on Saturday, 26 July 2025, starting at 2pm. All matches will be held at the designated tournament tables on the main casino floor.

The winner of the finals will take home a guaranteed R50,000 in cash.

  1. Only persons over the age of 18 may participate in this tournament. Any person who is currently refused entry to the casino or who is self-excluded or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is strictly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  2. This Tournament is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. The tournament will run from 20 June 2025 to 26 July 2025. Qualifying Matches will be played from 20 June to 23 July 2025 and Round of 16, Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals and Finals will be play on 26 July 2025.
  4. Tables on the Main Floor – AR11 and AR12 and Smoking Floor – AR19 and AR20 will be designated tables for the Qualifying Matches.
  5. Tables AR09, AR10, AR11, and AR12 will be designated for the Round of 16, Quarter Final, Semi-Final and Final. Matches will be played one at a time, with each player positioned at a separate table diagonally opposite the other. Two gaming tables will be used per match, with ball spins conducted alternately between the paired tables. The winning number from each spin will apply to both tables involved in the match. A maximum of two matches may take place simultaneously. In such cases, all four tables AR09, AR10, AR11, and AR12 will be utilized, with each player in a match playing diagonally across from their opponent. Ball spinning will alternate between the two dealers: Dealer 1 will spin first, and the resulting winning number will apply to both tables in the first spin. Dealer 2 will then spin, and the result will apply to both tables in the second spin. This alternating sequence will continue throughout the matches – all based on management discretion.
  6. Live games will not be available at the designated tournament tables while matches are in progress. However, live gaming may resume at these tables when they are not being used for tournament purposes.
  7. Entry into each match during the Qualifying Round of the tournament requires a cash buy-in of R100. Cash, value Chips, and plaques will be accepted. In exchange, players will be issued colour and/or tournament and/or No Cash Value (NCV) Chips for use in the match.
  8. All funds collected from buy-ins will be contributed to the prize pool.
  9. Buy-ins for Qualifying Matches will open daily from 2pm to specified time during the promotional period.
  10. Players may re-enter the tournament as many times as they wish during the Qualifying Round through additional buy-ins, provided each buy-in is for a different match.
  11. Participants do not earn Tsogo Rewards points for buy ins during the tournament.
  12. Participants who are not present for their scheduled match during the Qualifying Round will forfeit both the match and their buy-in.
  13. Each Chip will represent an unredeemable Rand value of R10 for purposes of determining winners and ranking of players. These Chips will have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for value in any form, or used to place bets at live games.
  14. R10 table limits apply to all Matches. R200 maximum on a number, R200 minimum on outside chances in multiples of R100, R4,000 maximum on even money chances and R2,000 on columns and dozens. No call bets will be accepted.
  15. A Leaderboard will be used to rank and display the top 16 unique participants based on their scores achieved during the Qualifying Round.
  16. A participant may only hold one (1) position on the Leaderboard during the Qualifying Round. Only their highest score will be recorded and considered for ranking purposes.
  17. The 16 participants ranked on the Leaderboard at the end of the Qualifying Round will advance to the Round of 16 and will not be required to buy-in to participate in the following stages of the tournament.
  18. The Round of 16, Quarter Final, Semi-Final and Final will take place from 2pm onwards on Saturday, 26 July 2025.
  19. The Round of 16 will consist of 16 players with 2 (Two) Players playing per Match, and a total of 8 (Eight) Matches.
  20. The Quarter finals will consist of 8 players with 2 (Two) Players playing per Match, and a total of 4 (Four) Matches after the conclusion of the Round of 16.
  21. The Semi-final will consist of 4 (Four) Players with 2 (Two) Players playing per Match, and a total of 2 (Two) Matches after the conclusion of Quarter Final.
  22. The Final will consist of 2 (Two) Players and will make up the Final match after the conclusion of the Semi-Final.
  23. Players will be eliminated at each stage of the tournament based on the scores they achieve.
  24. Participants in the Round of 16, Quarter-Final, and Semi-Final will be randomly paired to play against each other. A scoring-based mechanism will be used to facilitate this random pairing process. Players who arrive late for registration will forfeit their positions in the tournament.
  25. Each participant plays individually; pooling or transferring funds to other players is not allowed.
  26. Participants must play as individuals. Any form of collaboration, not limited to: pooling of resources, coordinated betting amongst players with the intent to manipulate tournament outcomes, gaining an unfair advantage, or circumventing individual betting limits is prohibited. The aforementioned may result in disqualification from the tournament and may further result in an exclusion from future tournaments. Management decision is final.
  27. Participants will be eligible for One (1) position in the Round of 16, Quarter Final, Semi-Final and Final. If a Participant/s is unable to be present at any of the aforementioned tournament stages, the Participant must register to decline to be present at the by completing a proxy form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  28. A register will be available from Thursday, 24 July before the actual tournament, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  29. Nominees may not represent more than one participant.
  30. Nominees will be required to play as individuals. Any form of collusion with the person represented during the tournament is forbidden.
  31. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  32. Players must remain available in the tournament area during the Round of 16 or Quarter Final or Semi-Final or Final and be ready to play their scheduled matches throughout the tournament; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the affected match or matches.
  33. Tournament winnings during each individual Match will constitute a Players’ score on the Leaderboard for the Qualifying Round and during the Round of 16, Quarter Final, Semi-Final and Final.
  34. Participants must bet during every Spin if they have Chips. Bets are to be placed during the allocated time for each Spin. The Master of Ceremonies will announce the allocated times, which may differ during the various stages of the tournament.
  35. In the event of a tie, a Spin-Off will occur to determine the winner. The Dealer will Spin the Roulette ball in the wheel for the affected participants in alphabetical order of their surnames. The participant with the higher number will gain the higher position and the participant with the lower number (zero being a low number) will gain the very next position. The ranking order will then be adjusted accordingly.
  36. Should a “NO SPIN” be declared by the Tournament Director, bets will not be changed and the ball will be re-spun. In the event there is a ‘NO SPIN’ from the Dealer during the Qualifying Rounds/Round of 16 Players/Quarter Final/Semi-Final/Final; in such a case bets may be changed/rearranged/pressed by Players.
  37. Player Chips must be visible and kept on the Table at all times during any stage of the tournament and Players must play every spin, if they have Chips.
  38. Player Chips “winnings” from one match will not be carried over to the next match.
  39. Player chips may not be pooled with or transferred to other participants. All chips must be returned to the appropriate table float at the end of each match.
  40. All Participants at any stage of the tournament will be required to sign a score sheet to acknowledge their individual scores achieved.
  41. Whilst every reasonable effort will be taken to ensure the accurate recording of rankings/scores, the onus shall remain with participants to ensure that their rankings/scores are correct at all times. The casino reserves the right to make the necessary corrections as soon as it becomes aware of any founded discrepancies, which corrections could change the rankings/scores of participants and allocation of prizes.
  42. Tournament Director’s decision (or a Management Representative thereof) will be deemed as final and no correspondence will be entered into.
