- Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
- This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
- This promotional period will start at 8am on 08 November 2023 and ends at 8pm on 27 March 2024.
- The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this
promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to SMS communication.
- Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any
changes will be communicated.

- Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables whilst using their Suncoast Rewards card during the points-earning period. 50 points = 1 draw ticket and will be capped at 100,000 tickets per participant.
- The points-earning period starts on 08 November 2023 and will roll over from week to week until 27 March 2024.
- Participants may earn points up until 11h00 for the 12h00 draw & 19h00 for the 20h00 draw on the day of each draw.
- Tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
- Tickets earned cannot be exchanged and are not transferable.
- The draws will take place on Wednesdays at 12h00 & 20h00 on the following dates:
- 15, 22, 29 November 2023.
- 06, 13, 20, 27 December 2023.
- 03, 10, 17, 24, 31 January 2024.
- 07, 14, 21, 28 February 2024.
- 03, 13, 20, 27 March 2024.
- Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) at the eHost machines or via the Tsogo
Sun App prior to the actual draw(s), within the specified times during which the entry bins are
open. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing
on Slots or Tables in order for the Mobile App to permit entry.
- Participants must activate their entry tickets into the draw(s) at the eHost machines, on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The entry bins for this promotion will open at 08h00 and close at 12h00 for the 12h00 draw & open at 13h00 and close at 20h00 for the 20h00 draw.
- Participants must be present at the draw when the tickets are drawn/generated or nominate a proxy to act on their behalf, thereafter the ticket receipt number will be announced. The onus is upon the Participant to check their receipt number against the numbers that have been generated in order to ascertain that they are a winner.
- Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
- A register will be available at the Guest Services Desk and the Salon Prive for the period between the opening of the entry bins until 15 minutes before the actual draw, where a Participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
- Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
- A total of six (6) winners will be selected at the 12h00 & 20h00 weekly cash draws.
- Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
- Should the prize winner not have the relevant identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
- Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
- Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
- Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
- Draws will be LIVE and held publicly at the Suncoast Main Stage.
- Participants may only win once per draw. If a Participant is drawn more than once a redraw will take place.
- A random prize reveal will take place immediately after the finalists are verified.
- Cash prizes will be in the form of promotional vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for +Play or any other form of consideration.
- Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominee) within 15 days of the draw from the Guest Services Desk or Salon Privé Desk for Ace/King/Queen Rewards Cardholders.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for +Play unless otherwise advertised.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
