Exclusive to All Suncoast Rewards Cardholders

  1. Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is strictly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
  2. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards cardholders (the “Participants”) and will run every Saturday from 04 November 2023 to 30 March 2024.
  4. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the promotion mechanics if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  5. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used for this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  1. Participants must play Slots or Tables using their own Suncoast Rewards Card and earn a minimum of 100 points during the specified activation times in order to be eligible for selection.
  2. Play to Win bonusing sessions on Saturdays are exclusive to all Rewards Cardholders. Participants can play anywhere across the gaming floor excluding the Prive between 14h00 to 15h00, 17h00 to 18h00, and 19h00 to 20h00. Participants must earn a minimum of 100 points in order to be eligible for selection.
  3. A register will be available at the Guest Relations Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the bonusing sessions, before each session starts, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for the sessions on the day or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  4. Participants must register to decline to be in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by participants when completing this.
  5. Prize winners will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the winning Slot machine or Table and must have evidence of the Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and/or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  6. Should the winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on Patron Management or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  7. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the opt-out register, a re-draw will take place.
  8. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the opt-out register, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed opt-out register or Patron Management system. In such circumstances, the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Guest Services Desk.
  9. The Random Active Player Selector (RAPS) will be used to select winners. A total of 39 winners will be announced during the Saturday sessions.
  10. Prizes will be awarded at the winning Slot machine or Table to verified winners.
  11. A random prize reveal mechanic will be used to award prizes immediately after the winner has been verified.
  12. The prizes for Saturday’s sessions range between One Thousand Rands (R1, 000) to Five Thousand Rands (R5, 000).
  13. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for Casino +Play or any other form of consideration unless otherwise advertised.
  14. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Suncoast Casino. The winner must present a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  16. In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling session dates.
  17. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  18. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  19. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
