1. All persons under the age of 18 years are strictly prohibited from gambling or participating in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. The activation will take place on the casino floor, as such Participants will be required to be present and actively playing in order to be eligible for selection.
5. Participants must earn 100 points and be actively playing slots or tables during the specified times in order to be eligible for selection.
6. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Rewards Cardholders who are actively playing Slots or Tables on the Main Casino Floor, Smoking Casino Floor & Smoking Area 2 with their Suncoast Rewards card. This excludes the Salon Privé and Private gaming rooms.
7. The promotion will take place on Fridays in November as specified on Complex POS and direct communication to guests.
8. The activation will start at 17h00 on each activation day and will continue till 20h00 or until the entire prize pool is won, whichever happens sooner.
9. RAPS (Random Active Player Selection) software will be utilized to generate winners during the activation times for active Slots and Tables players. The promotions team will first verify the winner at the selected machine/ table.
10. Winners playing with another person’s card will not be verified and a redraw will take place.
11. Winners not present at their slot machine or table will forfeit their chance to be verified and a redraw will take place.
12. Verified winners will then be escorted to the promotional area where the Spin the Wheel device is located. The winner will have the opportunity to spin the wheel once to reveal the prize that they have won.
13. The wheel must complete three (3) rotations for the spin to be deemed legitimate.
14. The winner will be issued with the selected prize and will need to sign acknowledgment thereof.

16. Prizes for this promotion will be redeemable as follows:
- Cash Prizes for this promotion will be in the form of cash vouchers redeemable at Suncoast Cash desk.
- FreePlay prizes for this promotion will be loaded onto the winner’s card for slots players and tables players will receive a prize letter redeemable at Suncoast cash desk for non-negotiable chips within valid period.
- Spa vouchers will be in the form of prize letters redeemable at the spa within the valid period.
- Retail vouchers will be in the form of prize letters redeemable at participating retail outlets within the valid period.
17. All prize winners will have a period of 15 days from the day of the activation to redeem their prizes.
18. Prize Winners must be in possession of positive and acceptable form of identification when collecting prizes. Should the Participant not be in possession of an identity document, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the Winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the system, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the Participant to present the valid verification documentation.
19. The prizes will be determined randomly dependent on the prize pool remaining at the end of the activation for that particular day.
20. Prizes cannot be exchanged for another prize, transferred or any other form of consideration.
21. Participants can only win once per draw day.
22. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
23. Any person transgressing, the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
24. Every participant in the promotion will be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
25. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses will remain in force.
26. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the activation/promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw/activation date.
