When are the draws?

Saturday, 16 and 23 March 2024 at 9pm in Suncoast Salon Prive

This promotion will end on Saturday, 23 March at 9pm

  1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotion.
  2. This promotion is exclusive to Suncoast Ace and King Rewards Cardholders (the “Participants”) and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. This promotional period will start at 8am on 01 January 2024 and end at 9pm on 23 March 2024.
  4. The promotion mechanics will be communicated via the marketing channels used to advertise this promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to SMS communication.
  5. Suncoast reserves the right to amend the mechanics of this promotion if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated.
  6. Ace and King Tier participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables whilst using their Suncoast Rewards Card during the points-earning period. 20,000 points = 1 draw ticket for both the draws ie: 16 and 23 March 2024.
  7. Ticket earning is limited to 100,000 (Hundred Thousand) tickets per Participant for both draws.
  8. Points-earning for both draws in March 2024 starts on 01 January 2024, 8am and will end before the start of each draw.
  9. Participants must activate their entry tickets into the draw(s) at the eHost machines, on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The entry bins for this promotion will open on each draw day at 8am and close at 9pm for the 9pm draw.
  10. Ticket activation via the Tsogo Sun App requires that the Participant is actively playing on Slots or Tables for the Mobile App to permit entry.
  11. Tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
  12. Tickets earned cannot be exchanged and are not transferable.
  13. Participants may only win once per draw. If a Participant is drawn more than once a redraw will take place.
  14. Five (5) tickets will be drawn from One (1) combined Ace and King Electronic Entry Bin for each 9pm draw. Participants that are randomly selected will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with a positive identification (green bar-coded SA ID, SA Drivers License or valid Passport), ticket receipt, and/or their Ace/King Suncoast Rewards Card.
  15. The draws will take place at the Salon Prive on Saturdays, 16 and 23 March 2024 at 9pm.
  16. Participants must be present at the draw when the tickets are drawn/generated or nominate a proxy to act on their behalf, thereafter the ticket receipt number will be announced. The onus is upon the Participant to check their receipt number against the numbers that have been generated to ascertain that they are a winner.
  17. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (If applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  18. A register will be available at the Guest Services Desk and the Salon Prive for the period between the opening of the entry bins until 15 minutes before the actual draw, where a Participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  19. Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
  20. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves at the verification desk and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards Card belonging to the prize winner; and/or positive and acceptable form of identification.
  21. Should the prize winner not have the relevant identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on the Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification.
  22. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  23. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or the Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  24. Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  25. Draws will be LIVE and held publicly at the Salon Prive.
  26. A random prize reveal will take place immediately after all finalists have been verified. Each winner in order, will have the opportunity to choose a device that represents their prize.
  27. Cash prizes will be in the form of promotional vouchers redeemable at any Suncoast Cash Desk. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for +Play or any other form of consideration.
  28. Prizes must be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominee) within 15 days of the draw from the Salon Privé Desk.
  29. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  30. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling a draw date.
  31. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  32. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  33. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
