13. Rates are available to the South African domestic leisure market and SADC countries only
14. Bookings are only available to bona fide business or leisure travellers in line with the Lockdown Regulations and not applicable to groups of 10 rooms or more
15. Check in time is from 14h00, and rooms should be vacated by 11h00, early check-in is available subject to availability
16. Day use rooms are reserved strictly on request and subject to availability. The rate will be negotiated on the day. A day use room will be available until 18h00, thereafter the full rate will be charged
17. Rates are subject to change without prior notification
18. Due to the immigration Amendment Act no.19 of 2004 (amended 2014), positive personal identification will be required at the time of making your booking or upon check-in. A valid Passport or an ID Document will be acceptable
19. Due to select Tsogo Sun Hotels being open at this time, Tsogo Sun Hotels reserves the right to move any reservation from the original hotel at which the booking was made, to another Tsogo Sun Hotels property in the same or similar location
20. To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival
21. A no-show fee of one night’s stay will be charged for guaranteed reservations that are not cancelled within 24 hours prior to the arrival date, or as Indicated on this confirmation of the reservation

In order to guarantee the reservation, the following must be provided:
1. Details of one of the following recognised credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card or Visa
2. The Travel Agent voucher or company order (the Travel Agent or company must have pre-arranged credit facilities with Tsogo Sun Hotels)
3. Guests will be required to complete a health questionnaire and have their temperature scanned on entering the hotel and will only be permitted access to the hotel, should the results of this assessment fall within acceptable levels
