Run, cycle or swim with the TinMan Triathlon at Suncoast!

Expect heart pumping action at Durban’s leading entertainment destination, SUNCOAST, with the first TinMan Triathlon Series event of 2018, presented by Zone 3.

The TinMan Triathlon Series, is an exciting and fast paced run & triathlon event catering for athletes from all walks of life. The four events in the Series will put some of SA’s top elite athletes racking their bikes next to first time athletes.  The TinMan Series is all about developing athletes of tomorrow, having serious fun and a great race experience.

The four events available at each TinMan Triathlon event include:

•    10km beachfront run (2 x 5km laps)
•    TinMan Mini Tri: 200m swim, 6km cycle and 2,5km run (min age 8 years, no max age)
•    TinMan Sprint Tri: 600m swim, 21km cycle and 5km run (min age 16 years, teams allowed)
•    TinMan Challenge Tri: 1km swim, 32km cycle and 10km run (min age 18 years, teams allowed)

There’s an event for everyone, regardless of fitness levels and it promises to be exciting for everyone taking part along with spectators” says SUNCOAST Marketing Manager, Louise Howell.

Entries close Tuesday, 30 January at 14h00. Pre-registration is available online, with on the day registration to take place at the SUNCOAST SUNdeck from 05h15 – 06h00 on Sunday, 4 February. All entries receive a race number, a loaned timing chip (and race split times), a finishers medal, a drink along with an entry into the lucky draw prizes worth R 15,000.
