Terms & Conditions
| 1) |
A person may enter the competition by spending R150 or more excluding gratuity and entering slip at Club Festival SUNCOAST after visiting participating retailer. |
| 2) |
Swipe your Club Festival card at the retailer and collect your transaction slip which must be deposited together with the bill slip at the tombola situated at Club Festival Desk. |
| 3) |
Bill amount cannot be split and only one transaction per table. |
| 4) |
Winners must be in possession of a valid passport or be able to obtain a passport at own cost to be eligible for the prize. |
| 5) |
Trip consist of return flights, 7 nights’ accommodation with breakfast and dinner daily at Mont Choisy Hotel, airport taxes, return airport/hotel transfers, travel insurance (under 65 yrs) |
| 6) |
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred and winners have until June 2012 to redeem prize. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes and all acknowledgements. |

Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. (only those that actively spend the required amount at participating retailer will be eligible to participate by virtue of one ticket per swipe) |

Prize winners will be selected by a traditional process. All entries will be placed into tombola and one entry will be drawn on the day of the draw. |
| 14) |
Participants may activate their entry between the first and last day of the promotion. |
| 15) |
The winner must be in possession of their corresponding Club Festival Card and positive identification. |
| 16) |
First ticket drawn will be the winner and will be contacted telephonically if not present. |
| 17) |
The prize winner must claim the prize within 15 days of the draw. If the prize is not claimed within 15 days of the guest being contacted and after all correspondence has been verified by the surveillance department, then a re-draw will be done on next draw date. |
| 18) |
All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into. |
| 19) |
Any person transgressing, the rules of this promotion will be disqualified. |
| 20) |
Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation. |

The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force. |
