Lisa Raleigh, Lifestyle & Wellness expert joined forces with Suncoast in 2006, when they launched the weekly free to public Yoga on the Beach experience. In response to the popularity of the Yoga on the Beach classes, Suncoast& Lisa Raleigh have answered the demand for accessible & affordable wellness with the launch of Sunfit – healthy living does not get better or more affordable than this!
Talking about Sunfit& the association with Suncoast, Lisa says “ It has always been a dream of mine to have a platform in which to offer free exercise classes for all – Sunfit offers just that! Wellness is our right – lets become mindful of how we treat our bodies & what emphasis we are placing on our health. The opportunity is there, now its up to the individual to commit to the betterment of their futures”
Sunfit classes launch on Monday 20th June 2011 with daily classes from 17:30 – 18:30& entry is FREE - this is fun, functional, free fitness to kick start your exercise routine or as a supplement to your current training program.
Yoga, Kickboxing, Zumba, Bootcamp & Kettlebell – whatever gets your heart rate going, Sunfit’s got it covered!
The Sunfit weekly exercise schedule is as follows& takes @ The Deck, Suncoast:
Monday = Kickboxing (17:30 – 18:30)
Tuesday = Zumba (17:30 – 18:30)
Wednesday = Bootcamp(17:30 – 18:30)
Thursday = Yoga (17:30 – 18:30)
Friday = Kettlebell Training (17:30 – 18:30)
Sunfit has highly qualified trainers who are experts in their field to put you through your paces with classes suitable for all fitness levels.
