Our Spas do not offer any electrical or machine driven treatments, our treatments are all about 'hands' and the benefit of touch. We want the guests to “drift on essence, melt into soothing and be transported to where ever they wish to go!
'Spa goers' today are also demanding information (what's in that product?), and often know more than the professionals about the ingredients, cutting edge treatments, etc., and will seek out and reward skilled therapists.
Men are starting to make increasing use of spas, primarily in order to feel relaxed, calm and refreshed and have their bodies balanced. Eighty percent of our in-house business guests are men.
It is also important to know whom our target market is, and stay with that and work with these people and reward them for their loyalty.
There will be no rushed commercialism or diet retreats, but rather, destinations from which the individual is transported on a gentle relaxation journey that engages each of the five senses.
This is about escape, a mind journey, a lifestyle for our guests.The brand created for these spas must reflect the promise of this experience.
We have researched the products that we offer in each spa to reflect the message that we like to portray and to have the Asian tradition of massage infused with local ingredients in this way we will truly be unique.
Our treatment approach incorporates Asian knowledge, but also values local wisdom, plants and traditions.
Understanding the importance of private space and comfort is paramount to us and central to our philosophy, and therefore should other guests wish to view the spas, they would need to book a treatment. People go to spas for the privacy and the tranquility that they deserve and we will jealously guard this at all times and therefore never allow 'educationals'.
